Seriously.. now because of this fiasco, HTC has to pay royalty fees to Microsoft for every Android phone bought. HTC ran to Microsoft from all the Apple lawsuits. I don’t like the idea of Microsoft riding on the success of Android. Makes me sick

Apple did NOT come up with the first touch screen phones, they simply came up with the first multi-touch sensor for the touch screen allowing more precise selections. I’ll give them credit for their multi-touch sensor; however, to say they invented touch-screen capabilities on a smart phone, you sir, are an idiot.

idk why everones giving apple crap. the idea of all the touch screen phones you see today were ideas that came from the iphone. otherwise you wouldnt see so many of them. other companies might make them bigger and better but the whole idea came from apple. so you have to give credit for that

apple is a fucking joke. they sue over everything even though it doesnt matter. now it’s 3 months later, and HTC is still selling phones. they just released the Aria, and directly after that, the incredible. which i own. incredible is better than iphone, which is why apple sued. HTC is making awesome phones on many different carriers, adn that is scary to apple and their one phone on their one shitty carrier. apple is scared.

@aj123ppc67 If i owned a manufacturing company that made cellphones. I’d first start by making the entire frame out of carbon fiber and other composites as well as really hard scratch resistant materials for the screen. Same stuff they use on blu-rays. Then i’d back my shit with a long ass waranty. Yah the phone wouldn’t be as cheap but it sure as hell would outlast all of it’s competitors. It would also run the google OS.
